Common Questions
1. When is the deadline for registration?
The deadline for registration is August 31, 2021 (Tuesday) (23:59 Hong Kong time), first-come-first-served, while stock lasts. Late registration or incomplete information will not be accepted.
2. How to confirm successful registration?
This activity only accepts online registration. Participants who successfully register and pay online will receive the "Registration Confirmation Notification" email from the organizer on the same day. The email may be mistaken for spam, please check the miscellaneous box or spam box of your email system. If you have not received any email from the organizer one week after registration, please email to the conference for enquiries.
3. Can I transfer the registration quota?
Not possible. Once successful registration is confirmed, there will be no refund or transfer of registration quota arrangements.
4. When will the results be announced?
The results of all categories will be announced on the event website and Facebook page on or before September 20, 2021, and the winners of the categories will be notified by email.
5. How and when will I get the gift of finishing?
All participants who have submitted relevant sports records will receive a commemorative medal for the completion of the race + an e-certificate for the completion of the race + a commemorative cycling cap after being confirmed by the conference. The details of receiving the gift for the race will be announced later.
All awards will only be awarded at the designated time, and there will be no replacement or pre-collection.
6. When is the cut-off time for the cut-off activity record?
Participants must upload their event records to the Race Timing Solutions website by September 20, 2021 (Sunday) (before 23:59 Hong Kong time) at the latest. After the deadline for uploading events, they will not be accepted to upload event records.
7. Do I need to use the app designated by the conference to record exercise records?
Participants can use any GPS-enabled running watch, cycling computer or install a sports application on their mobile phone to record "exercise time and distance".
South to TMS, North to TMS and Double Entry to TMS must use a running watch, cycling computer or mobile app that can connect to the STRAVA sports app to record exercise time and distance.

8. Can exercise records before the start of the activity be counted?
The conference only accepts event records within the event period (from August 06, 2021, 00:00 Hong Kong time to September 19, 2021, Hong Kong time 23:59). Records before the start of the event and overdue will not be accepted.
9. Why do I need to provide my personal information?
The personal information provided by you, the organizer and co-organizer will only be used for registration of this event, future contact and promotion activities. The conference will collect the personal information of the contestants in accordance with its privacy policy. Participants can obtain their privacy policy directly from the conference. Participants registering and or participating in the competition activities mean that they agree to the conference to collect personal and other information provided by the participants or to enable the conference to obtain the relevant competition. Participants agree that the conference and other cooperative organizations can transfer the information to each other and agree that the organization can use the information for all purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to coordination, operation, promotion and marketing purposes. If there is no further consent from the participants, the conference and other cooperative organizations will not collect participant information for other purposes.
